Justin Streuli currently serves as the Director of the North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He joins the NCEC after a previous role as an Advisory Board Member and Graduate Assistant to the Center while a student at UNCG. Justin also served the UNCG community as Spartan Startup Living Learning Community Coordinator, Entrepreneurship Lecturer, General Manager of the Spartan Trader, Coleman Fellow, ECDP Academic Advisory Board Member, and Adviser for the UNCG Chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization.
Prior to re-joining UNCG, Justin co-founded OpenLedge, a web development company building mobile apps and web-based software. OpenLedge was absorbed by the fast-growing marketing firm Anomaly Squared, where he joined as Director of Business Development. Justin has been a startup evangelist for the Triad entrepreneurial community. He has coordinated multiple Startup Weekends, organized a local entrepreneurial meet up called Shift, and serves on the Board of Converge South, the Southeast’s largest technology conference.
Justin is a Greensboro native, growing up in a second generation family business manufacturing and distributing upscale wood doors. He attended Northwest Guilford High School and North Carolina State University where he earned a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Justin earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he was named a Frank Family Entrepreneurship Scholar.
Outside of UNCG, Justin is the founder of Startup Rookie, providing services to help founders startup their business the right way, and an active real estate investor. In his free time, Justin enjoys fast cars, sports and offshore fishing.

Jan Szelkowski is the Assistant Director for the North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center. She is the point of contact for Center programs including information about the Southern Entrepreneurship in the Arts Conference, (SEA) and Growing Entrepreneurs by Mentoring Students (GEMS).
Jan is a graduate of the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. She has several years of corporate and small business experience as a web development manager and currently assists her husband, Frank, in an entrepreneurial venture called Bears Head Investments, LLC. She has also worked as an independent contractor, direct sales representative and real estate investor.
